Central Surgery keeps information about you and your treatment in your medical record so that we can provide you with safe care and treatment.
These records can be electronic or paper and possibly a mixture of both. We have systems and processes in place to keep your information safe and to ensure it is only used and processed legally.
We will share relevant information from your medical record with other health or social care staff or organisations when they provide you with care. For example when your GP refers you to the hospital or when we send your prescription to the chemist.
